Sanjit Bhattacharya's decades-long career began in marketing. Before embarking on his efforts at Red Stone Renewables, STK Homes, and elsewhere, he was a partner in the Horizons Group. Bhattacharya joined the Horizons Group in 2000, leaving behind his earlier marketing career and moving into real estate for the first time. He left the Horizons Group in 2004, founding his own home-building company, STK Construction.

In the years since Bhattacharya has established himself as a leader in Edmond and wider Oklahoma's entrepreneurial and real estate development circles. Today, he is known to further afield for his efforts with STK Homes, Red Stone Resources, Red Stone Renewables, and ventures like Affinity Investments and Shakti Energy.
